How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are then processed within 2-3 business days - excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday only. 

How long does shipping take?

USPS First Class generally takes about 2-6 business days, USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 1-4 business days and USPS Priority Mail Express generally takes about 1-2 business days. This does not include any possible delays USPS may be facing due to COVID, weather or the holiday rush.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations but we do accept exchanges. We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size. JKD is not responsible for the shipping costs. Exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of your delivery date.

- Only one exchange per order. 

- JKD is not responsible for any lost packages.

- If after our inspection the item is not in new/unworn condition, JKD is not responsible for the shipping fees back to you.

- Once your exchange is processed and inspected by JKD, your new items will be sent within about 5-7 business days.

Will I get notified once my order has shipped?

Yes! You will receive an email and/or text message (whichever was inputted at checkout) with your tracking number.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

All sales are final and no changes are able to be made. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
