Ordering & Processing
Please review all product details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) as all items are made to order. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping
We currently offer free USA shipping on all orders. Shipping times vary based on location.
- All orders come with tracking.
- USPS Ground Advantage (free on US orders) generally takes about 2-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 1-4 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express takes approximately 1-2 business days.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Jewels Kennedy Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once marked delivered, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size only. We do not accept returns, order cancellations, or changes once an order has been placed.
Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of exchange approval.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Jewels Kennedy Designs is not responsible for shipping fees associated with exchanges or for lost packages.
Additional exchange terms:
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense
We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Once your exchange is received and approved, replacement items will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
Additional Policies
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for issue review
- Color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences
- Measurements may vary slightly due to the production process
