Shipping policy

JKD takes great pride with the turnaround time to complete and ship your order out to you. We are located in Jacksonville, Florida.  Generally it is within a week to receive it but that depends on how many orders are ahead of yours, the distance, the weather and so forth.  Each order is shipped with a delivery confirmation, therefore, Jewels Kennedy Designs, will not be responsible for packages once they are delivered to your address.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES.  Also, please know that you will receive your order beautifully packaged and placed inside of box so nothing will get wrinkled or ruined.

On all USA orders $75+, you will receive free USPS Priority Shipping. Once USPS scans it in, it is out of our control. JKD is NOT responsible for any import/custom taxes or fees.
