Yes!!! We have free USA shipping on all orders. Orders that are $75+ enjoy free Priority Mail shipping. Express shipping available to add at checkout.

Unfortunately we do not offer cancellations or changes once an order is made. Kindly review all details carefully before placing your order.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns but we do accept exchanges for the same item in a different size. JKD is not responsible for the shipping costs. Exchanges must be submitted within 10 days of your delivery date and shipped out within 7 days of our approval.

  • Only one exchange per order. 
  • JKD is not responsible for any lost packages.
  • If after our inspection the item is not in new/unworn condition, JKD is not responsible for the shipping fees back to you.
  • Once your exchange is processed and inspected by JKD, your new items will be sent within about 5-7 business days.

Processing Times:

Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery may take between 3-8 business days depending on the distance, the weather, holiday timeframe and any delays the shipping company may have.  Each order is shipped with a delivery confirmation. 

Shipping Times:

  • All orders come with tracking. 
  • USPS Ground Advantage(free on US orders) generally takes about 2-5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 1-4 business days. 
  • USPS Priority Mail Express takes approximately 1-2 business days.

Please note that Jewels Kennedy Designs will not be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, undelivered and/or once they are delivered to your address.  

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES.  

If your package does not within or after the estimated delivery time then you should contact your Local Postal Office to report and provide them with your tracking number for easy reference.

  • Wash your clothing item(s) inside out;
  • Do NOT bleach
  • Wash on gentle cycle;
  • Take clothing item(s) out of washer and either lay it flat or hang it up and let air dry.
