Ordering & Processing

ORDERING & PROCESSING:
After hitting "submit" - your order is placed. Orders are then processed within 2-3 business days-excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday only. During December, processing time and/or shipping may be longer due to higher volume of orders, the holidays and increasing of shipment. If, by chance, you have ordered an item and we our inventory is low or waiting to receive a shipment on our crewneck, shirt, hoodie, etc. we will contact you immediately. 

Out of stock items: There are times when certain items are out of stock, and if, by chance, you have ordered an item and we our inventory is low or waiting to receive a shipment on our crewneck, shirt, hoodie, etc. we will contact you immediately.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE THEY ARE PROCESSED. SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS or PURCHASE ORDERS.

Processing Times:

Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery may take between 3-8 business days depending on the distance, the weather, holiday timeframe and COVID-19.  Each order is shipped with a delivery confirmation. 

Shipping Times:

  •  All orders come with tracking. 
  • USPS First Class Mail (free on US orders) generally takes about 2-5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 1-4 business days. 
  • USPS Priority Mail Express takes approximately 1-2 business days.

Please note that Jewels Kennedy Designs will not be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, undelivered and/or once they are delivered to your address.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES.  If your package does not within or after the estimated delivery time then you should contact your Local Postal Office to report and provide them with your tracking number for easy reference.
